Apple sues HTC over Multitouch infringement

Apple has filed two cases with the US International Trade Commission over infringement over technology used in the current iPhone, and Steve Jobs commenting that its "competitors should create their own original technology and not steal their competitors" and also stated that "We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it. We've decided to do something about it."
